Learn to handle everything without pushing down or away and you will stop creating the imprints and impressions, the tendencies known as samskaras. You will stop preferring and resisting. If you do that, you will stop closing. If you stop closing, you will stay open long enough for the old samskaras to be released. You will be purified. If you are purified...the channels for Shakti to flow will be clear. Shakti will flow up and you will be taken upward with it to permanent states of peace, joy, bliss, and love.

When you are not being pulled down, the natural ascent upward will start.
