Sat-Chit-Ananda & One Pointed Consciousness

 When Self focuses one-pointedly on a single object, one experiences the nature of Self- total peace, and overwhelming bliss. This is available to us anytime if we can just learn to enter the undistracted state of one pointed consciousness.
