What is the meaning of your life then? Self -realizaton
It is the ability to handle the situations that Life presents you.
Evolution means you chnage by growing through the situations you go through.
You do not get to write the script of your life...evolution means that you can handle reality
That is the meaning of Life...evolution
Life is not supposed to be what I want. Life is supposed to be the way it is...
You are not okay and trying to make your life okay.
Say to your mind when you get up in the morning, "We are going to be better today."
Ask, "Can I handle this moment in front of me...can I let go more than I ever could before?"
Is this [pleasant experience I allowed in and wish to repeat] in harmony with the rest of my life?
Your life is an interactive sport...[we need to act].
Your life on this planet is a stimulus for your evolution
You are inheriting the experiences of your life, you are not creating them.
You are the experiencer of the experience you are having
I am going to handle today!
How can I tell if I handled it or not? Believe me you will know.
You are not meant to be perfect...not meant to get it right. You are meant to learn and grow
You are meant to go back with less than you came down with.
Every single day is a different person than the one who woke up the day before because you used that day to evolve.
